- How much do I pay today, and when is the balance due?
- A deposit secures your week the moment you book — for most properties around 30% of the stay total. The balance follows before arrival, and both amounts are shown in full before you commit. Every payment is confirmed by email with its documentation.
- What is the difference between instant and confirmed booking?
- Properties marked "Book now" confirm instantly — the week is yours the moment your deposit clears. A few properties are "Request to book": your dates are held while we confirm personally with the owner, and you will hear from us within hours, before anything is charged.
- What happens if I need to cancel?
- Every property carries a clear cancellation schedule, shown on its page and again before you pay. In most cases the deposit is refundable until a set number of weeks before arrival; after that a sliding scale applies. Your concierge can also help move dates where the owner allows.
- Do I receive a VAT invoice?
- Yes — every stay is documented with a full VAT invoice, issued with your confirmation and available at any time from your private guest portal, alongside your contract and receipts.
- Is the concierge really included?
- Yes — every booking includes the Only Courchevel concierge at no extra cost: restaurants, transfers, ski guides and instructors, spa and childcare, arranged before and during your stay, all reachable through your guest portal.
- Can you arrange airport transfers?
- Of course — we arrange road transfers from Geneva, Lyon, Chambéry and Grenoble, as well as helicopter connections on request. Share your flight details through your guest portal after booking and we handle the rest.
